Finalists at the 2021 HIA COLORBOND® steel Perth Housing Awards

The team at Residential Building WA were excited to be acknowledged at the 2021 HIA COLORBOND® steel Perth Housing Awards!

Each Residential Building WA home that was entered into the competitive awards achieved Finalist status in their respective categories, which is a fantastic achievement. Finalist in Townhouse/ Villa of the Year in the $230,001 to $300,000 and a finalist in Townhouse/ Villa Development up to $850,000.

Welcome to the 2021 Finalist of the HIA COLORBOND® steel Perth Housing Awards.

These 9.55m wide blocks gave the designers a challenge to accommodate quiet zones, multiple entertaining areas, storage and maximum natural light, resulting in a contemporary styled home specific to the client’s requirements.

The contrasting mixed render colours and exposed brick feature brings dimension and a contemporary style to the façade of the home. Each home is rendered differently to ensure it has its own personality and suits the desired family. One home has a side entry to give the front of the home a sense of separation.

As you walk into the contemporary styled home, you will be amazed by the features and inclusions throughout. The study at the front of the home providing privacy and peace of quiet. Flowing down, the home theatre offering a place of relaxation and rehabilitation opening up to the central courtyard. The central courtyard delivers as a small urban escape, a place to sit back and to take a break. The courtyards natural light fills the master bedroom turning it into a private retreat. The bedroom opens up to a dual basin vanity with an oversized shower. The remaining two bedrooms with large built-in robes share a bathroom and water closet.

The kitchen provides functionality through the use of an island bench and large counter space, seamlessly connecting to the open-planned dining and living area.
