The significant stimulus offered by the State and Federal Governments Grants has led to unprecedented demand, which means if you’re serious about building in time to potentially qualify for the grants, you need to act now.

Our mission to build quality homes, at affordable prices means that we are placing a limit on our building commitments to ensure that we can service our clients throughout the building journey. This means from 14 October 2020, and until further notice, that we will not accept Plans Agreement (PPA)for custom home designs, or designs where alterations to a standard plan are required.

The Grants are applicable for Contracts signed by the end of 2020. With these incentives and historically-low interest rates, there’s never been a better time for Perth homebuyers to make a move. And if you’re a first home buyer, you’ll still get the State’s $10,000 First Home Owners Grant too, and be eligible for other concessions like stamp duty.
